We are locally based in Anchorage, Alaska, with a national reach through a fully remote work approach. Love and care for our community and environment are at the core of our operation.

Meet the Team
Katya Koteff, CPA is the principal and founder of Koteff Accounting Group. Katya’s work is grounded in building long-term trusted relationships with her clients through mutual respect and open and proactive communication.
Katya visited Alaska for the first time in 2006. What was to be a summer trip turned into a life long adventure. She started her carrer in public accounting and quickly moved to opening her practice to seek a mission driven work.
As an Alaska lover, she spends her free time outdoors. You can often find her ice-skating with husband and kids at Westchester lagoon, skiing Hilltop and Hatcher Pass trails, or putting new sledding routes along the Powerline Pass. No summer goes without fishing at Chitina, kayaking at Resurrection Bay, hiking, and biking local trails. Alaska has so much to offer and she is proud to call it her home.
